Delete your account

You can delete your ^recap account at any time, right from the app.

In the app

1. Open ^recap and tap Profile.
2. Tap the gear to open Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Tap Delete forever to confirm.

What gets deleted

Your profile, nights, photos, ratings, comments, likes, friends and bar lists are erased for good, and your handle is freed up for someone else. This can’t be undone.

Copies may stay in backups for a limited time until they’re overwritten, and we may keep limited records where the law requires it or to handle safety reports. The Privacy Policy has the details.

Can’t open the app?

Email recaplegal@outlook.com from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account.” We’ll confirm it’s you, then delete the account and everything listed above.
